Abdulrahman Farhan Aldossary is a Saudi filmmaker and film critic, born in Alkhobar, Saudi Arabia, on April 3, 2004. A cinephile from a young age, his passion for cinema began at the age of 10. At 17, he declared that he never wanted to work in any field other than cinema, a conviction that led him to attend the 10th Saudi Film Festival, where he met Hammadi Keroum and Hakim Belabbes.
He first appeared as an actor in Dissipation during the 48-Hour Challenge at the Red Sea International Film Festival, before moving on to direct his own independent films such as The Fifth Seal, Pierrot the Sane, and Under the Leaf of Absence.
In addition, he has contributed as a documentary researcher on Cinema Maniacs and The Ruby, as a writer for Gardens Under the Sea, and as lighting director for The Ruby.
