Vickie Otis

May 5, 1962 - Portland, Oregon, U.S.

Vickie Otis, known in the ring as Princess Victoria, is a retired American professional wrestler born on May 5, 1962. She began her career in Portland, Oregon, training under Sandy Barr. After a rivalry with Velvet McIntyre, the two formed a successful tag team in the National Wrestling Alliance (NWA) and later in the WWF, where they won the WWF Women's Tag Team Championship in 1984.

During her time in the WWF, they defended the titles multiple times against teams like Wendi Richter and Peggy Lee. However, her career was cut short when she suffered a severe neck injury in 1984, leading to her retirement and the subsequent retirement of the title. Otis also had individual matches, facing major names like The Fabulous Moolah.

After retiring from wrestling, Otis stepped away from the ring but remained active in the wrestling world, managing wrestlers and participating in charity events, such as raising awareness for cystic fibrosis. She also appeared in the Dark Side of the Ring documentary, where she shared her experiences in the industry.

In 2016, she was part of a class action lawsuit against WWE for traumatic brain injuries related to her wrestling career. The lawsuit was dismissed in 2018, but Otis remains an active voice about the impact of injuries on wrestlers. She now resides in Washington, away from the world of professional wrestling.
