Sayre began acting at a young age and has built a varied career across film, television, and voice acting. She is also known for her work as a director, with credits in short films such as Deer Creek Road and Gandhi and Lipgloss. Jill Sayre is recognized for her versatility and has participated in many projects, both in front of and behind the camera. She speaks fluent French and attended the British American Drama Academy in Oxford, England.
