The Blues of Jong-ro

Chang-gu fights and kills a leader of Seoul's organized crime and he takes the reigns of power as a result. Rival gangs from other regions in the country band together to oppose Chang-gu. Overwhelmed, Chang-gu seeks the assistance of the police.
