"Splatypus!"

Splat Flatfoot's party plans are ruined, as his TV blows up and he gets upstaged by rival Hap Hazard. It's up to him and Mindy Mole to outstage their rival and find a new, even better TV. Pilot originally meant for Nickelodeon but ultimately got rejected.
