Forever is Now

Filmed observationally over the last 18 months of the Irish Green Party’s time in government, Forever is Now follows leader Eamon Ryan and his team as they continue to fight for the planet before it is too late. As Europe’s Green wave fades and public interest in green alternatives wanes, Ryan and his team take their fight for climate justice to the world stage. Interwoven through the film is Ryan’s tender relationship with his autistic son, Tommy, which poignantly demonstrates Ryan’s belief that lasting change requires both patience and hope.
