Using similar ballet exercises that require focused control and breathing, you will be able to comprehensively shape, tone, and define your entire body. The first 30 minutes of this Pilates inspire program provides a balance challenge which stabilizes the core of the body while slimming the hips, abs and buns. During the 15 minute Floor Work segment, you will concentrate on the breath while lengthening and strengthening the arms, abs, and legs.
