Petticoats & Promises is about the relationship between two girls in a neo-western short film, it goes through how two characters try to keep one another in their lives until it's too late. It highlights the importance of first choices and different types of love. A glance into the life of Gracie Cameron. She wants to start a new life but there's one thing that's stopping her- Joan McCoy. She wants to bring her along but Joan can't help but want to say. Gracie doesn't have the guts to say how badly she wants Joan to come with her until it seems she's made her decision.
