Gus and Elmo while away pumping gas on the night shift, until they accidentally meditate on their place in the world via varying degrees of involvement in escalating burglaries. Elmo's derelict cousin stokes the newly ignited flames while an apparently-bumbling Detective Hoskins tries to extinguish them.
