A disgruntled government scientist is tasked of creating a chemical armor treatment for the military. However, the unstable formula causes an explosion, sending a board with a nail in it hurling skyward. The board strikes a stranger on the head, knocking him unconscious. The man awakens thinking he's a super hero named Boardwithanailinitman.
