Helena and Natalie’s dirty secret is exposed when Louise, Natalie’s best friend, reveals that she saw Natalie self-harming herself in Helena’s car in an attempt to leave Onay’s family and return back with Helena. Dante, Maila, and Nelia are infuriated and drag Natalie back home along with the rest of Onay’s family, where Natalie is scolded and told off by her family.
