Akbar, the ruler of Delhi, has decided to construct dams on the rivers flowing south, thus stopping the flow of water to the southern areas. Birbal, Akbar‚'s advisor, tells Akbar about the impact that it may have on mankind but Akbar does not heed to Birbal‚'s advice.
