Maharaj Krishnadevraya receives a gift from the King of the neighboring kingdom whom he doesn't trust so he decides to reject the gifts but Tathacharya suggests that it might be a gesture of friendship and convinces him otherwise. Tathacharya and Dhani-Mani enter Pandit Rama's house at night to confirm that he is still in Vijayanagara.
