Tenali Rama
Court poet Tenali Rama serves at the court of Emperor Krishnadevaraya of the Vijayanagara empire, and uses his sharp wit and wisdom to solve complicated matters quickly.


Krishnadevaraya chooses the name 'Prabhudeva' for Tenali Rama's son. During the naming ceremony, Tattacharya announces that Tenali Rama's son is a bad omen for Vijayanagar. One after the other, bad news reaches Krishnadevaraya and Tattacharya requests the King that Tenali Rama's son shouldn't stay in Vijayanagar anymore.
