Operation Ouch! is a British children's educational television series about the human body. It shows what happens in A&E, what doctors sometimes have problems with and great experiments. The show is hosted by twin brothers Dr Chris and Dr Xand van Tulleken. Series 5 was named "Operation Ouch! Hospital Takeover".

Dr Chris challenges Dr Xand to beat Dougie the dog in a race for today's lab, showing how your shoulders work. The doctors catch up with our Ouch Babies in their first weeks of life and there is a face-twisting trick in today's Mindbenders. We drop in on Ouch Patients Amelia and Finn, and Dr Xand meets triple jumper Naomi Ogbeta in Brilliant Bodies. Meanwhile, over in the Emergency Department, Abu Bakr has a broken nose and Georgina has a bent toe.
