Three kids, Max, Neil and Nikki, spent the summer vacation at a dysfunctional campsite called 'Camp Campbell' which is currently in the hands the camp counselors, the overly cheerful David and the less optimistic Gwen.

When the funding for the camp runs out, David and Gwen have to come up with a way to save Camp Campbell from closing. So they steal the Quatermaster's hook hand and task the campers with comping up with fundraiser ideas to replace it.
