29. Barrel Full of Mystery

In this challenge, four bladesmiths are faced with a tough decision. They get to pick their mild steel out of the barrel to make a san mai blade, but the easier the mild steel they choose, the more difficult their high carbon steel will be. The two smiths who chose wisely and survive the testing then return home to recreate an iconic sword from medieval history--the Belgian Walloon Sword. Two smiths will enter the final testing arena, but only one can come out on top, winning $10,000 and the title of Forged in Fire Champion.
