Facebook is the undoing of a fraudster who claims to have lost a £20,000 engagement ring while abroad in Rio. A fishy story about a mobile phone lost overboard is soon exposed, and a ruse to claim for several lost laptops ends badly when investigators discover the fake receipts literally do not add up. The City of London police's insurance fraud enforcement department decide to tackle travel insurance fraud with a series of nationwide raids.
