Raja Arivardhan is annoyed with Loknath for showing his compassion for the animals. He scolds Loknath for supporting Manika and Mahamantri. Loknath berates Raja Arivardhan for slaughtering the horses in the yagya. Arunasur pretends to show his concern for the five deities of Swarg Lok. He urges them to stay at his place.
