In the year 220X, a mourning 5th grader named Geo Stelar is given an invention made by his late father called a visualizer, which allows him to see radio-wave-based aliens, which are trying to destroy the world. Together, with an alien named Omega-Xis, he fights to save the earth as Mega Man.

In order to avoid defeat, the two Libras (fire and water) realize they require each other for Libra's full potential, the two reunite before escaping.
