In the year 220X, a mourning 5th grader named Geo Stelar is given an invention made by his late father called a visualizer, which allows him to see radio-wave-based aliens, which are trying to destroy the world. Together, with an alien named Omega-Xis, he fights to save the earth as Mega Man.

As Andromeda becomes activated, they offer Geo the power to stop it: Star Force. They help Geo free Omega-Xis from the FM-ians' clutches and, reunited, the two go after the enemies.
