A new doctor arrives at the local health authority: Dr. Oscar Nobili. One day, a gunshot is heard from the new arrival's room; it's a man attempting to commit suicide in front of Oscar. Lele will discover a secret. The Martinis go to Venice to visit Grandpa Libero's brother. After visiting the city, the Martinis separate. From this moment on, the trip turns out to be full of unexpected events, hidden just around the corner.
