In the previous episode, Kusum, Sunita, Neelam and Gurbansh are wanted by the police. The case begins when Gurbansh's daughter-in-law, Pooja, is found brutally murdered in Dr. Vikram's house. The police are now searching for Gurbansh and Neelam, who are on the run.
