On this episode, we revisit Ghana-native Tony Justice, who runs a canteen for children from families in financial difficulties and single-parent households in Kanagawa Prefecture. Looking to keep his project going amidst the pandemic, he decided to hit the road! With a food truck, he turned his diner into a mobile canteen.
