The All-New Popeye Hour
The All-New Popeye Hour is an animated television series produced by Hanna-Barbera Productions and King Features Syndicate. Starring the popular comic strip character Popeye, the series aired from 1978 to 1983 on CBS.

Popeye and the gang are at a county fair. Olive and Bluto have their horses entered in the "strong horse" contest, with Wimpy as judge. Swee'Pea wants to enter his horse, an old mare, also, but nobody takes him seriously. In order for the horses to win, the horse has to drag a sledge of rocks weighing 50,000 tons. The contest begins. The cheater Bluto, up to his old tricks, puts a picture of Mare-A-lin, the "Filly Fatale," in his horse's blinders. Bluto's horse takes off like a bird in flight, and Wimpy never gets to say "go." Bluto's horse is disqualified. It's now Olive's turn, and Bluto gets jealous and plays a dirty trick on Olive, and her horse is disqualified. Olive, with nowhere to turn, tells Popeye to do something. Popeye decides to enter Swee'Pea horse.
