Elliot Blanchard
Jun 8, 1975 - Washington, USA
Elliot Blanchard is a Brooklyn-based filmmaker whose work blends psychological horror, surrealism, and the uncanny with a meditative, art-driven tone. Drawing on memory, dream logic, and the edges of reality, his films explore identity, grief, and the fragile moments when the familiar begins to slip.
His short films have screened at festivals including The Art of Brooklyn Film Festival, Festival of Cinema NYC, and the Santa Barbara Indie Film Fest, with recognition as an award winner at the San Diego Movie Awards and the Fortean Film Festival, and a finalist at the Buenos Aires International Film Festival. He has also presented work at filmmaker-focused showcases such as YoFiFest (Yonkers) and the Richmond Film Network.
