Born in Tefé, in the state of Amazonas, Glória Moriz is an audiovisual screenwriter with a strong focus on documentary filmmaking and contemporary narratives. She moved to Rio de Janeiro in 2020 to pursue her undergraduate degree in Film and Audiovisual, where she developed a solid theoretical and practical foundation in screenwriting, directing, film theory, editing, and cinematography. This multidisciplinary training has consistently informed her research-driven and narrative-oriented approach to storytelling.

In 2023, Glória joined Conspiração Filmes as a Development Intern specializing in documentary content, contributing to nationally prominent projects such as the Netflix productions Se Eu Fosse Luísa Sonza and Baila, Vini. Following her graduation in Film from UniFacha, she was invited to continue collaborating with the company as a Content Assistant, working on the development and writing of major documentary projects. Her credits include the documentary series Cazuza Além da Música (2025) and the feature-length documentary Dona Onete – Meu Coração Neste Pedacinho Aqui, which premiered at the Rio de Janeiro International Film Festival in 2025. She is currently involved in the development of a documentary on Fernanda Montenegro, one of the most iconic figures in Brazilian theater and cinema.

As a screenwriter, Glória has written seven short films, including the original work Em Romano, Cupido, for which she also led production and direction, as well as the award-winning web series Espelho (Rio Webfest, 2021). Fluent in English, she combines linguistic proficiency with creative and analytical expertise, expanding the reach and versatility of her audiovisual practice.
