Bill Chia, whose real name is Jia Hongyuan, is a cutting-edge director in Taiwan and a record company planner. He plans MVs from the perspective of record company promotion, understands the staff's market considerations for artists, and is good at combining concepts and images. Through Highly keen on vision, with infinite ideas and creation of infinite possible vision as his work style. In 2003, Yuanying Production Co., Ltd. was established. From the pre-production, shooting, post-production visual, software content planning and production to full play, under the consistent and complete integration, the works blend fashion and creativity, making the image present an artistic sense.
On June 23, 2012, Bill's "Crazy Lonely" MV won the "Best Music Video Award" at the 23rd Golden Melody Awards.
He has been married to Lala Hsu since August 2018.
