Lin Hult gained national attention as Meryl Streep's body double in the Academy-award nominated film Don't Look Up, and most recently starred as Lana Turner in the stage show Murder in Hollywood - A Nightmare at Boston's Wilbur Theatre.

A quick glance at her IMDb page gives you some idea of the large variety of comedic and dramatic roles that Lin has performed in films, television, new media and her first love, theater. Her character types run the gamut - from genteel Victorian ladies, such as her role in the period film Lightkeepers, to a more-than-slightly soused mom in the comic series Paragods. Lin is equally adept at playing a fashionable member of the powerful elite in Sunny Side Up as she is playing a scrappy Bostonian shopper giving a discount store manager an earful in the film Summer Issues. Lin's past film and television work include roles in Just You, Me & Your Lonely Mother, Family Problems, The House Sitter, Toy Trucks, The Folklorist, 60 Seconds To Sell, Death's Door, Blue Skies on Mars, Deep of the Sea, The Cult of Ammon, The Fastest, Most Romantic Love Yet, Portico, Newport Manner and Free Guy.

Classically trained, Lin's combined talent for dance and performance led her to work with several dance and theater companies in the New England area. Audiences were thrilled to witness her sword-balancing and fire-spinning act as 'Gypsy Layla' as whom she performed for three seasons at the outdoor live-action King Richard's Faire.

She also delighted audiences of all ages with her belly dancing performances as 'Shiva' in Shiva! From the Harem of the World Traveler. Not limiting herself to dance, Lin also toured New England as an Illusionist with her show Magic in Motion and was also a former bodybuilder and Fitness Competitor.

When not onstage or on-camera, Lin is a devoted mother, nature-lover and a great believer in living life to the fullest. Committed to helping seniors continuing to live their healthiest lives, Lin created a Strength & Balance Exercise Program for seniors, developed through her expertise as an American Council on Exercise (ACE) Certified Fitness Trainer. Lin is also a Teaching Artist for both the District and Superior Court Training Programs, a Standardized Patient/Instructor in Medical Settings, and is a passionate advocate for environmental protection and animal welfare.
